What follows from that conversation depends entirely on what it surfaces. If there is alignment – in values, in readiness, in the nature of the work to be done – a proposal is prepared. If there isn’t, that is said clearly, and other paths are suggested where relevant.

Yes – without qualification. The consultation exists to establish genuine fit, not to convert. If it becomes clear during the session that VESTRIA isn’t the right engagement for where you are, that will be said honestly. No proposal is prepared unless you have asked for one.

Conventional financial advice focuses primarily on products and returns – what to buy and when to sell. VESTRIA works at the intersection of investment strategy and values alignment, addressing both what to do with your wealth and the behavioural and psychological patterns that determine how those decisions actually get made. If you’re looking for a product-led portfolio service, VESTRIA is probably not the right fit. If you’re looking for a sustained advisory relationship that treats you as a whole person, it may well be.

The consultation call is specifically designed to help establish this. If you’re unsure before then, the Money Story Audit is a good starting point – a free 14-question diagnostic that surfaces the patterns most likely shaping your financial decisions, and often makes the right format clearer.

There is no formal minimum – VESTRIA does not operate like an AUM-gated advisory service. What matters more than the size of your portfolio is your readiness for the work: whether you have sufficient financial foundation to engage meaningfully with investment strategy, and whether the VESTRIA approach is genuinely suited to your situation. The consultation is the right place to establish this honestly.

A useful question to ask is: do I have clarity about my financial habits and beliefs, or is that still work I need to do? If the foundational psychological and behavioural work is still in progress, FINITY is likely the more honest starting point – and a natural on-ramp to VESTRIA once that foundation is in place. All VESTRIA engagements are conducted online via video call. VESTRIA works with clients internationally — location is not a barrier to engagement.

The consultation exists precisely to reduce this risk – and VESTRIA works with a small enough number of clients that a poor fit would be costly for both sides. If something changes after an engagement begins, that conversation is had directly and honestly. The goal is always the client’s genuine benefit, not the preservation of a contract.
